Credit Counseling and Recovery Service supports the recovery of credit and finances of those who are suffering from heavy debt loads and credit problems.

2023
- Apr. 3, 2023 : We extended the range of eligibility for Special Case Support of Before-overdue debt management under age 34 and implemented Special Case Support of Pre-workout for the vulnerable.
- Feb. 2, 2023 : The amount of Micro credit had exceeded 1 trillion won
- Jan. 13, 2023 : We launched a brand new platform for credit counseling, called ‘Sinyong Plus’
2022
- Oct. 4, 2022 : We implemented Special Debt Relief Program ‘New Start Fund Program’ for individual proprietors and small business owners.
- Sep. 26, 2022 : We implemented Special Case Support of Before-overdue debt management under age 34.
- Jan. 27, 2022 : We extended the range of eligibility for Individual workout of Education fund.

- Sept.23, 2020 : We made a revision of the Agreement on debt relief support, especially to improve our support of vulnerable debtors and those whose default period is short.

- Apr. 29, 2020 : We implemented Special Case Support of Debt Relief Program for victims of COVID-19.
- Mar. 23, 2020 : We implemented Special Postponement of Repayment for victims of COVID-19.
- Jan. 17, 2020 : We extended the range of eligibility for Debt Relief Program of Personal Rehabilitation Mortgage Loan.

- Sept. 23, 2019 : We implemented two new policies : Before-overdue debt management for those in default crisis and Principal Reduction of Ordinary People’s Debts that are Not Charged-off.
- July 8, 2019 : We implemented Special Program of Debt Exemption for Vulnerable Debtors.
- Apr. 1, 2019 : We implemented Estimation System of Reduction Rates Considering Debtors’ Repayment Abilities.
- Jan. 17, 2019 : We implemented Demonstrative Project on Debt Relief Program of Personal Rehabilitation Mortgage Loan.

- Sept. 20, 2018 : We implemented Reduction of Interest Rates for Pre-workout clients who Steadily Repayed.
- Feb. 26, 2018 : We implemented Exceptional Policy on Mortage Loan Debt Relief Program.

- Jun. 23, 2017 : We expanded the Support of Filing for Personal Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy(Fast-track system) to a national basis.

- Sept. 21, 2009 : Our Counseling Center gained certification of 'ISO9001’ for its quality of service.
- Apr. 13, 2009 : We implemented the Proactive Debt Management(Pre-Workout) Program.
2008
- Jun. 2, 2008 : We implemented a Credit Recovery Support Program Using the National Pension Loan Scheme.
- Jun. 2. 2008 : We removed the public record saying ‘In the progress of credit recovery support’(1101) from the credit reports of clients who pay steadily.
2007
- Nov. 13, 2007 : We began issuing debit cards for clients who finished their payments.
- Jan. 1, 2007 : We implemented Support Program for the Re-launch of Start-up Entrepreneurs Who Had Failed.

- Nov. 13, 2006 : We started Micro Credit services.

- Nov. 8, 2005 : We established support for the socially vulnerable people and military personnel on duty.
